Early dinner...nice

 

My dinner weekday is 1700 hours, weekend 1730 hours. By the time go to bed all the phood is already goodLEE digested. Happy a sleeping, wonderful many dreaming.

Ice cream for diabetes

 

here is the item you will need

Only carbo and sugar: milk per 250ml =12.8gram + whipping cream per 200ml = 12.8gram : total there about 29gram of carbo and sugar per 250ml of ice cream

for left over whipping cream + milk

 

i blend it till it become butter and butter milk (no picture of butter milk but can drink as normal milk)

me not interested, i can admit i lose now but i will cook dish that is super simple to make, like ice cream, tom yum, japanese curry, burger, etc....

 

all these are simple and can make very fast
