How do you stay cool under pressure?

Moi ish very easily stressed out, really admire people who can stay calm not even change tone of voice while the entire situation has gone to shit.

How do they achieve such a feat? Is it something that they are born with, or it be learnt?

Some ppl are born to be relax king, some ish experienced until immued already, some ish kan cheong spiders...

Experience and maturity. Once u reach a certain age, u seen it all to kan cheong.

Just learn to care less and try to do more. This is especially when the situation is impossible. Detaching oneself so that the task can be focused on. And if at work, leave on time. Creating balance gives you control of your emotions. Takes practice.

Take deep breath... count to 100... think about your next trip (bkk, hcmc, medan, vientiane, taipei...) where you do nothing but eat, get drunk daily, have sex with c/d cup syt 3 times a day...

Start breathing,  people forget to breathe properly when stress.  And let emotions take over.  Easier said than done.

Moi born ish kan cheong spiders, now lao unker still notch improve by much. Whenever moi start to believe had seen it all, some unexpected new shit happens that makes me flustered and fumbling again.

Wah care less do more ish helpful advice, easier to cope lidat if too passionate or idealistic becums really frustrated when reality hits.

Wah too stressed easily forget to breathe slowly, talking becum faster and more flustered.
